Overall great company with great support. I cant say enough about the quality of this company. Where else can you host 6 domains on the same account for under 10 bucks a month?

I switched from a free host to ipowerweb two years ago, and I could not be happier with my time I spent with them. I am only here today because it is time to upgrade to a dedicated server!

I was notified about the update. Also if you need daily updates of your database, then that is your responsibility. Don't blame them for charging you for a backup they made. I have been using them for 2 years now and it's been money well spent.

I joined iPowerWeb in August. My friend was a reseller for them, and he highly recommended them. I had no troubles at first, but in the last week they upgraded the gallery software on their servers and when they did that, all my data disappeared from my gallery. I spent 45mins with one of their techs to confirm that we could not find the data anywhere. I was then instructed to send in an email to have my data restored. I did that, and then they told me I would have to pay them $50 for the site restore and another $50 for the database restore. Even though I did not have a choice with them upgrading my gallery software and losing all my content, they will not fix their mistake without $100 from me first. I let them know that I was going to cancel because of their improper business practices. I called their billing department to find out how much my refund would be and the lady that answered the phone refused to tell me, she said that I had to cancel first and then I would receive my refund within a few days. They may have a lot of customers and average uptime on their servers, but beware if you use them for your business. They sometimes upgrade the software without your consent and if you don't make daily backups (I make weekly ones of the database), you will have to pay them $100. I realize that I can just re-upload my data, but since they made the mistake and demand that I pay them $100 for them to recover it, I feel that they do not deserve my business. Overall, I would give them a F for their business practices, as if they make a mistake, then they should fix it and not charge the customer.

I am a 3 year user of iPowerWeb and I refer all my friends who are starting out to them. There is not a better host around.

I have been using ipowerweb for over 2 years now and I have never received such a great service for so little. For under $10 I can't think of a better host.
