I used NTC Hosting for 3 months. I had 7 domains hosted with them before I started having troubles. In a 3 week period the servers were down for days at a time. They did not reply to emails sent to their support people. After sending them numerous emails complaining about my sites being down, and not receiving a responce I thought I'd see if they would respond to an email for setting up new accounts (using a different email address). I received an email within 2 hours. Needless to say I wasn't impressed. I have since moved all my accounts to a new hosting company, and have made it my mission to let people know that they should avoid this company at all costs.
