To be charitable, my experience with Jumpline has been poor. I signed up for a year of hosting. After a few months, I realized that the service was just too slow for my tiny-low traffic site. I asked for a pro-rated refund for the unused months, but couldn't get it. Now, a year later, I am billed again for a service that I had asked to be cancelled, understood was NOT automatically renewable, and had not even touched or thought of in months. Even the domain name had long ago expired.
On the day my card was billed for the second year, I asked for a refund explaining the circumstances and how I believed the charge to be unwarranted and even illegal. They flatly refused to refund my money and even refused to cancel my account over the phone making me have to navigate their tricky user panel.
I have since switched to another low-cost service and have been extremeley pleased.
