what a sorry excuse - hosting is great once you get an account - customer service is horrible. i still don't believe any one actaully works there. they swear if you leave a name and number someone will return your call - still waiting. even the so called owner - dan holzman, whom they claim if you leave him a voice mail will a call as well - still waiting..... yeah right - like i really want to transfer my 60+ sites to them. NEXT........

If you want to close your accont early, they will not prorate any payment you have already made. Consider this if you want to get a long term service contract.
