Entry Host offers a good service. They have gone beyond to help over the years with installation of software for my site. Recommended.
I find the negative quoted here and other similar report site to be questionable, as they seem NOT be be done by users but competitors or just plain losers. These types of blatant negative posts are what makes hosting reports less useful than they could be.

We only have the email hosting service. They answered questions via email and over the phone. No complaints.

Horrendous would be the only word to describe my experience with these loosers. The only thing they seem to be knowing how to do is to bill you and take your money. Everything else is a failure. This is the cyanide pill with a sugar coating.

Total scam. Had email hosting for a few months with off and on problems then all of the sudden, no more account. Still had 9 months on the contract. They claim my site is not compatible with thier servers. All I had through them was email. Support consists of canned email responses that don't address the issue.

They are the worst hosting solution you can ever pick. They cancelled my account when I told them about my problems and asked them to fix it.
