My Review: Humm I have 3 1/2 sites with them. 2 on the Annual, 1 quarterly and the other they have been dicking around with for 10 days trying to get it setup correctly. I ordered the Virtual Server, but they setup an ipowerweb site (800MB/40GB). That is who they are bumming off. They 4 days alter they get the "Virtual Server" up and running without the Plesk they had promised. Nope rather, Webmin. So after they screwed that up royally, I asked if they could just downgrade to a Business Plan as they were having so many issues with the Virtual Server Plan. So they said, o.k. :: but they never got around to it, as a matter of fact they fucked that up to. BTW, the DNS never got setup on their server either, to even though the domain is pointing to their servers and has long propagated over the Internet, it does not have a website to go to. Would I recommend this company. Yes, I would recommend their $60 yearly website.. anything else, run.

Dot5hosting is horrible. Over the past 1.5 years, my web sites, MySQL database, and email has been down or inaccessible over 50 times. And for the 3rd time now, it has been inaccessible for over 1 week. All my email was being dropped, web sites are inaccessible, and dot5 has been completely silent and unconcerned about their customers downtimes. STAY AWAY! If you think their prices are good, consider that you will be paying for a lot of downtime, and no reasonable response. They are crooks and incompetent at best. Below is their canned response to my 4th trouble ticket - how much time do they need? The first 3 trouble tickets went unacknowledged for 3 days, and were answered the same as this 4th one. -------- Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your recent e-mail. We are still working on the DNS issue and will update you as soon as possible. Please allow us some time Please do not hesitate to contact me with any further questions you may have regarding this matter. You can reopen this ticket or open a new ticket for the same. No Refunds! While the prices are great, don't get pay for the plans annually - unlike most other hosts, Dot5Hosting refuses to refund unused hosting time.

Worst host I've ever had. Sites are always down, server is piece od junk (all are poor celerons) and support is slow (if any, they don't respond to 'touchie' questions and requests)
