I purchased 2 hosting packages through them and gave no authorization for domain transfer since both were newly purchased by my clients through Register.com. They harrassed both of my clients by repeatedly sending requests for domain transfer even though I told them I didn't want to do this. Now, 3 months later, 1 of my client's has had his domain moved over because he had no idea the emails coming in over and over would authorize this and when he replied askhing what it was, it generated authorization.
Their support has blamed me for this mess and are absolutely horrible to deal with. They tell me that domain transfer is 'free' for the first year. That's great, but he just paid for a package for the domain elsewhere. Why should he pay again.
Stay away from them they are inexperienced, unprofessional and a disgrace to deal with.

worst billing and customer support-
Every month they got the bill wrong- spend over 1 hour each month correcting the bill and then they submit the same error next month. Credit card charges still in dispute.
