They offer good packages at a great price. As long as you don't need tech support, you'll enjoy the service. If you do need tech support you are in for frustration. Hint: NEVER ask more than one simple question in any support ticket because once you ask one, they will quickly reply to that and not read any farther. This has happened to me SEVERAL times.
