My site is, or should I say was, hosted by 1T3. My site hasn't worked for months and I have recieved no reply from the so called 24/7 support. I paid for the site in July of last year and it was not activated. After sending them about 3 emails they finally activated my site. Then a few months ago my site mysteriously went down along with my control panel and hasn't been up to this day. DO NOT BUY THIS TERRIBLE HOSTING! 0 Support, 0 Reliability.

Read this everyone...I get an email today...it's from 1T3 reminding me that my site will expire and that I should renew! IS this guy for real...my site hasn't been up for 2 months and my emails have been ignored, but the renewal email is still sent to me?! Ridiculous!

I paid for my site for a full year, and had no problems for about 9 months...then my site disappeared, my emails were ignored, and I discovered that I had been ripped off by reading the comments on this site. Luckily, I happen to know a few boys in the Vancouver area...they should be visiting Mr.Kollmus very soon.

Actually I know some "not so nice people" too in that area. Perhaps I too should send them over to Justin's to pay him a visit. I wouldn't want to be him.

Hi Everyone. It seems like everyones sites are down - mine has been down since around sunday too (but I havn't had a problem in the previous 1.5 years - perhaps I'm lucky?). No replies to any email and I seem to have been blocked access to login for support. I don't want to get involved with the legal side - but what do you recon I can do?

This is an interesting posting which I have picked up from www.ragley.net, in case someone wants to act against 1T3.com. I can only fully endorse what is written there. Good instructions as to how to get this 1T3-crook onto his knees! 25 years in jail without a computer should cure this liar and cheater!
1T3 servers down again for 5 days in a row. No response to e-mails, no response to tickets. This is what they call 24-7 live support.
You cannot get the guy buy e-mailing.He receives so much complaints and hate-mail, that he is meanwhile immune.
As 1T3 is clearely Internet-fraud, there is a very effective way to hurt this guy and to put this scumbag out of business, thus saving hundereds of others from frustration.
1T3 is just a reseller for enom.com when it comes to registering domains. Their servers are neither owned nor managed by them, they have space with rackforce.com (hoping that the space and bandwidth they are promising to their customers is never utilized). Billing is done through 2CO.com (f.i. VISA). I don't know about Pay Pal being involved.
All above listed companies are serious companies and have no interest in being involved with a criminal set-up, even though it might have been with good intentions at the beginning befor control was fully lost. But if so, get out of business and stop cheating people, whilst stealing money. I understand Kollmus canot give refunds to anyone, not even using the money from new clients, as he is too deep in the whole.
So the effective way to get this crook is by contacting the following companies, mentioning the key points of complaint against 1T§, like frequent downtime for days, lies and false statements on their web site, non-existing support, despite advertised "24-7 live support", not even answers toe-mails. It is also important to mention that 1T3 tries to hide it's idendity by not giving a full company name, no adress, no telephone number on their web site. Whois info is protected by a privacy service. A serious company will never do this.
1. www.enom.com, the domian registrar they are working for as sub-contractor (I could not find a general e-mailcontact, but info@enom.com worked fine). I've tried 1T3 for the domain transfer (the crook put a registrar lock despite payment in advance for a long period) without ever getting an answer (I did not even start to ask for a refund) 1 day ( in words: ONE day) after I contacted enom explaining the difficulties with 1T3 - which is really Internet fraud -, they confirmed that the domain would be unlocked. Although having over 5 million domains under their control, the mention of 1T3 is immediately ringing a bell.
2. www.2CO.com Find the number of their billing on behalf of 1T3 and fill out a complaint form. This can be general complaint and asking 2CO.com to discontinue their relationship with 1T3 based on their way to conduct business. Also tell them if you are trying to get a refund from 1T3. Everyone can ask for a FULL refund, even damage, based on fraud by 1T3. Important: 2Co.com is sending a copy of the e-mail to 1T3. This way the crook MUST answer!!!!
3. www.rackforce.com I understandthey are their server whole-sellers. 1T3 is obviously renting web space in the hope that none of their customers is utilizing promised space or bandwidth. I know of sites which had been cut off by 1T3 (when the server was still up on rare occasions) because of high traffic. I have heared a comment - and I don't know if this is true - that their frequent downtimes are not only of a technical, but also of a financial nature.
4. Eventually Pay Pal or others have to be contacted if he is using them.
All three (possibly more) companies should be alerted about 1T3 and the fact that, if they have knowledge about the way 1T3 is conducting it's business, they are themselves supporting internet fraud as domain registror, money collector and server provider for 1T3.
It must be in the interest of all honest people concerned that a company like 1T3 is removed from the Internet. I would go as far as to say that the responsibles should be put behind bars for a longer term.

Kollmus, the Candian Internet criminals (well put, thanks!) is the Aids virus of the Internet. 1T3 hosting is the desease!

If it's not too late, don't waste your money with these clowns. They are an absolute disgrace.
My website has been down for 6 consecutive days, and still no sign 1T3 is working on resolving the issue. That's assuming they know, in which case, don't seem to give a rat's ass about.
- Problem tickets all all unnoticed
- Emails are ignored
- No phone number in sight for support
I've switched hosts since, but can't retrieve my files from 1T3.
What a bunch of retards.

My website is down, has been for over 24 hours and still no response from the monkey crew (aka support).
1T3 = Fly by night company. Never again.

I have the same experience today. These criminals don't even bother answering and telling people why their shitty equipment (used trash which had been throw out) is not up. You will experience silence from this "K-O-L-L-M-U-S" fraud set-up for days without any explanations. Their criminal record is probably a mile long. Too bad they have chosen to steal money with web hosting. If I could get a hold of these wrotten animals, I would work them over with the baseball bat. Just total frustration with this human trash. Spread the word and let your friends avoid these scumbags.

I've heared from a friend that 1T3 is down again. He is getting no response from them as to what is happening. He also confirmed that they had a straight downtime for over one week or so. Frequently 1T3 is dead for two to three days. "24/7 live service" is really 24/7 silence. Probably the only company on the net with a downtime exceeding the uptime. 1T3 = Worthless Internet-trash!

I am reading – more with amusement, than with interest – that the fake hosting company 1T3 is still around. Almost unbelievable how long you can survive as a criminal company in the Internet, without being forced out of business. Reading the recent posts, and especially the post below “Hi, Id just like to say that i can vouch for this person in saying that, to my knowledge, never had the intention of ripping people off and takes pride in at least attempting to offer an honourable service, i do not believe the owner, IF he still owns it, to be trying to scam anyone nor has tried to scam anyone”, I really have to say something here in correction of the aforementioned. This either has been posted by the 1T3-kid himself, or the poster has absolutely no clue. In any case, this has to be corrected.
To take just a few technical items out of a long list of fraudulent activities of 1T3 (I am neglecting refusal of refund, stolen money, misuse of payment systems etc.) :
I know the webmaster of a web site (I never was with 1T3, I can smell shit) who had Java- and Shockwave games. Traffic picked up nicely and suddenly the web site was completely down for days (uptime is less than 50% anyway, but it comes up again after frequent, mostly longer, interruptions). Upon the very rare occasion that an e-mail was ever answered, that website owner was told that they do not allow gaming sites. They did not even bother to inform the client and just shut down the site. The fact that no gaming sites were allowed at 1T3, was nowhere written in their terms and a refund was requested, but denied. 1T3 was asked to change the wording of their terms in that respect on several occasions, to avoid that others fall into this trap. THEY NEVER DID!!! Do you call this “attempting to offer an honourable service”?
1T3 has a downtime of more than 50%, recently 10 days in a row as I have gathered from some postings. They still claim 100% uptime when luring in customers and tell bullshit about diesel generators and other crap (diesel generators keep electricity up and not servers). Do you call this “attempting to offer an honourable service”?
I know from reliable sources: 1T3 still advertises 24/7 live support. When you have signed up with this criminal kid (and became a member with your money lost), you find out that their service is nothing but an e-mail form (you can even created a ticket) which is hardly answered. They even tell you to allow 12-24 hours for a reply – and on their web site this is called 24/7 live support. Do you call this “attempting to offer an honourable service”?
All the modern equipment they claim to have and connections etc. is just nonsense. They lie to you with 1000MB storage. Try to upload 10MB and several days will have passed before you are there. Unmetered bandwidth turns out to be closely metered instead, and once you get traffic they shut you down. Do you call this “attempting to offer an honourable service”?
1T3 is clearly an Internet fraud on a large scale. A long term sentence in jail for the responsible, as I have read in some complaining posts, would be an appropriate measure for the responsibles. I can only fully agree. And I want to add that one has to watch the scene and to see if the guy turns up again somewhere in the IT business after 1T3 has finally been shut down – or in any other business whatsoever. I think his partners/employers etc would be interested in his background story and this hosting fraud. The name of the guy is known and recorded. He must be scared to start something new or to join a company and his name is displayed somewhere and Google picks it up.
In the past - and I have checked that with whois and other sources - he has hidden his name and even used a privacy company. I did not realize at first but gathered from a posting that 1T3 has absolutely nothing on their web site which could identify the company or the crooks behind. No address, no telephone, nothing. Do you call this “attempting to offer an honourable service”?
It looks like the guy has to go on like this for a longer time to come. There are a lot of people who will "Google" him up when he sticks his neck out somewhere and will react - that is for sure!
Apologize, close the shop and repay the stolen money - that would be the only solution, but the latter is long gone...

When the site works it takes on average between 4-9 minutes to load a single page, the site is always down between Friday and Monday's. But currently my site has been down for the past 6 days, I've filled out between 15-20 trouble tickets in that time and not a single one has been opened up by their tech support. What am I supposed to do. Their hosting is a complete scam. Check and see the site for yourself if you don't believe, or maybe if the host is reading this review get my site working please radialdesigngroup.com
